Light and cheap  house
 

 Bemes light weight house using light weight Keramzit , Bacotec wall panel and metal structure  roof frame by pyramid shape KTC (capacity of weight from 120 -165kg/m2). KTC frame is jointed from strength steel pipe Ø27-34mm, thickness 1,5-2mm. The Joint is empty ball joint type BB-100 and standard nuts to stable the frame away from external force from storm and strength win.

The 7^th December 1999, on behalf of Vietnamese Government, Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Cong Tan has appointed Bemes as a main developer to build a stable and cheap resident housing project for low income people (Document No 5615/VPCP-CN )

  Thank to latest technology production line with capacity 10000 house frames/ 3months. Bemes has built thousands of cheap houses for low income people at remote area and natural disaster areas such as Son La, lai Chau, Quang Nam Da Nang and Mekong Delta River.
